This client initially asked me to design a rear first floor extension to form a new bathroom. He also required calculations to remove some internal walls to improve the layout.
During my survey work, I pointed out that the loft space would make a really good conversion. The drawings have been prepared for planning permission for the extension and a loft conversion with rear dormer. A new bedroom will be added with ensuite.
