The existing yard area formed by the L shaped rear elevation is to be filled in with an extension. Steelwork will be used to remove the existing kitchen wall. A large open plan kitchen will be formed and velux windows are to be used in the new extension.
The existing conservatory is to be replaced with a five meter deep extension which will create an extended kitchen. The extension will be stone built to match the bungalow, with bifold doors and a tiled roof containing Velux windows.
