For this property in Netherthorpe, planning permission has been granted to build above this existing rear ground floor extension. The 45 degree rule taken from the nearest neighbours window was overcome by using steel beams to support an angled corner.

The building control application is ready to submit and work will start in early July.

The roof of the existing single storey rear extension has now been removed, ready to construct a new first floor extension.
