Beighton Extension and Renovation, Sheffield

January 6th, 2010

A planning application has been submitted for a large 2 storey side extension and single storey rear extension to this property in Beighton.

The application also includes a new pitched roof with rear dormer windows in conjunction with the adjoining neighbours to replace the flat roofs. Work has started on excavating the foundations which were deep due to the local ground conditions and trees near by.

A large retaining wall is also being built as part of the landscaping work of the large garden. The property internally is to be totally renovated.

Regular updates will be provided for this project.

The brickwork is now well out of the ground and the steels are ordered to form the supports for the two storey side extension.
