Brief: To design two storey side and single storey rear extensions to create a larger master bedroom and a larger living space at ground floor.

We worked with this customer at Bramley Avenue to design a two storey and single storey extensions to their home to allow for a larger master bedroom with an en-suite and an open kitchen and dining space, while keeping a garage to the front of the property for storage.

Bi-fold doors and Velux were also included in the design to allow for as much light as possible at ground floor in the new open kitchen and dining room. As part of our architectural services we provided details for the builder as well as structural calculations.
