Planning Application Update 13/03/2020
We're always submitting new designs on behalf of customers to planning departments in the area. This week we've had decision notices for a few projects including a two storey side extension and a wraparound single storey extension.
Our customer at Cowley Road came to us with a design in mind and drawings that had previously been submitted to planning however these hadn't been granted planning permission.
We were able to work with the customer to refine the design and submit plans for a two storey side extension to give them more room for an open plan kitchen and dining room and a larger master bedroom with a dressing room that was approved by the planning department this week.
Plumbley Hall Road
Like our customer at Cowley, our client at Plumbley Hall Road came to us with plans already drawn but wanted something more detailed as well as for us to manage the planning process for them.
We made some amendments to the original design they previously had plans drawn for and submit the new design including a two storey side extension and porch to planning, which was granted planning permission this week.
Despite being a detached property, the rooms to the rear of Hartland Avenue just weren't large enough for our customer who wanted more space for their kitchen and dining room as well as a downstairs toilet.
We were able to get planning permission for them for this single storey extension that wraps around the side of the property to allow for another entrance and W/C alongside the larger kitchen and dining room they needed.
