Planning Permission Update 21/02/2020
Since returning after Christmas and New Year we’ve been extremely busy measuring new jobs, working with planning to get planning permission granted and visiting builders starting on site.
Here are a few of the jobs we’ve been working on that have had planning permission granted this week:
This project was more complex than the majority of extensions we design due to the existing dwelling. We were able to get this through planning without any major amendments and even negotiated keeping the external finishes that the customer wanted.
A perfect example of a relatively simple project in terms of design, that required a lot of work with planning. This loft conversion and dormer was granted planning permission this week after we originally submitted it back in September.
We worked closely with the client and planning officer to get a design that satisfied planning requirements while still being something the client wanted.
To avoid paying a full planning fee, we were able to work with our customer at Warren Lane to design an extension that they loved while keeping it within the dimensions to be submitted under the Larger Home Extension scheme.
After clarifying the height of the extension and bungalow, we were granted planning permission for this flat roof design.
