Plans For Extensions COVID-19 Update

Like all businesses and individuals we are keeping a close eye on the news and government guidance regarding COVID-19.

At this moment in time (17/03/2020) we are open and accepting new projects. All staff are also able to work from home to minimise disruption to projects.

None of our small team have been out of the country or to an at risk area since the outbreak began. If a staff member does begin to present symptoms of COVID-19 or find they have been in contact with a person that tested positive for the virus, they will be told to self-isolate immediately following the latest advice.

We have also put some extra measures in place to keep everyone safe in the circumstances while being able to operate as normal.

Existing Customers

If we have already measured up and started your project, there will be no changes to our usual design process of meeting you with versions of your plans, unless new government measures affect us being able to visit you and vice versa.

If this is the case - or if you would prefer - we are able to email plans to you and discuss any changes you would like over the phone or via screen sharing. All staff are able to work from home to minimise disruption to projects.

New Initial Visits

We are continuing to visit new customers. We will be carrying hand sanitiser and sticking to current guidelines of appropriate distance between persons at such meetings.

Quotes can be provided over the phone or by email if you would prefer. If you would rather do this, please include as much detail as possible in your email such as: - your full address so we can assess your property on Google Maps

- the type of project you are considering e.g. a single storey extension, two storey or loft conversion

- whether your project includes the removal of any internal walls

Measuring Up

As with new visits, we are continuing to measure new projects following the same extra measures.
