Brief: Our customer wanted to replace their existing conservatory with an extension that could be open to the house.

We worked with our customer to design a rear extension that is within the same footprint as the conservatory with steelwork that allows it to be open to the existing house. As part of our design service we provided ideas for the internal layout on the plans to include large kitchen with a breakfast bar.

For this project our service also included the structural calculations for the opening in to the extension and in the kitchen to support the floor above..
