Plans for Extensions is a family business started in February 2006 by Neil Fieldhouse. He was joined by his son, Ben, in 2012.

Neil
Director
Neil began Plans For Extensions in 2006 after a diverse career in the construction industry. Alongside Ben, Neil carries out initial visits with customers to advise on cost for plans and other aspects of the service we provide.

Ben began working at Plans For Extensions in 2012. Highly proficient in Autocad and with years of experience dealing with planning and building control, Ben now carries out initial visits and works to continually improve Plans For Extensions processes for customers and the team.

Kelsey joined us as a CAD technician and is now Administrative Coordinator managing paperwork for any building control and planning applications as well as any other admin for Plans For Extensions. Kelsey steps in to measure on site and produce plans during busy periods.

Abaid has completed his Masters in Technical Architecture at Sheffield Hallam University and is highly proficient in producing CAD drawings. Abaid also carries out site visits and strengthens his technical knowledge further by visiting sites during construction.
