Brief: Provide plans for a two storey side extension to allow for extra bedrooms and a larger living area.

 

Our customer in Rotherham came to us for plans for an extension that would give them the extra bedrooms that they needed as well as a better entrance to their home.

We designed a two storey side extension that included bedrooms to the front and rear, an en-suite and room in the new roof for extra storage. 

​

The plans also included a single storey extension to the front of the property that would allow for a porch instead of entering straight in to the home.

As part of our service we managed the planning permission process, amending plans when needed and negotiating with the planning department to get the best result for the customer.
