Birch Farm Avenue - Single Storey Extension

Our customer wanted an extension to allow for a larger kitchen as well as an office, utility and downstairs WC. 

We were able to design and get planning permission for a wraparound extension that makes the most of the narrow space at the side of the house for the utility and WC as well as coming off the rear to allow for the kitchen and office. 

To let as much natural light in as possible we specified french doors and Velux in the rear extension and in the utility.
