We worked with our customer on this project to replace the two separate porches at either end of the front elevation with one extension across the full width of the property.

The new front extension allows for a larger kitchen area as well as a porch to the right. To keep the new, larger kitchen bright, we included Velux in the design as well as a new kitchen window.

No amendments were needed for planning permission to be granted.
