Brief: Our customer wanted to replace their existing conservatory with an extension that could be open to the house.

We designed a single storey rear extension to match the footprint of the existing conservatory that included a large window on the rear elevation, feature windows on the side and French doors leading on to a new decking area. We also included Velux however these were not fitted when the extension was built.

Our service also includes certain structural calculations, but this wasn't needed for this extension.
