We worked with this customer on a rear extension to open up the existing separate dining room and kitchen.

As well as plans for rear and side extensions we provided structural calculations to  remove as much of the rear of the property without using a portal frame and more steelwork to allow for the removal of the wall between the existing dining room and kitchen.

Such a large space needs as much natural light as possible so we included Velux and large bifold doors on the rear elevation. ​

​

Specification for a log burner were also provided.
