Our client at Crowland Road had just bought this property and wanted to replace the existing conservatory with a rear extension.

We designed a single storey rear extension with bifold doors and Velux, coming out three metres to allow for an open plan kitchen and living room. 

​

The final design also allowed for the extension to be in render, as well as rendering the rest of the rear elevation on the ground floor to match. This prevents the extension looking out of place.
