Brief: To create an extra bedroom with an en-suite with a loft conversion including hip to gable conversion, rear dormers and front dormers.

For this project in Sheffield our client wanted to create an extra bedroom with en-suite. We proposed the best option for this would be a loft conversion rather than a first floor or two storey extension.

We designed a loft conversion with a large rear dormer to allow enough head room for the new staircase as well as space for the en-suite in the loft. As this project required planning permission we also added two front dormers to the design, which were granted.
