Below is an overview of the process from booking your initial design visit, to discussing your extension or loft conversion ideas through to finalising the plans for your project and submitting them to planning and building control.
Get started on your extension plans by entering your details or giving us a call on 07972 789057 to book your free initial design visit.
Free Initial Visit
At your free initial design visit we can discuss your ideas for your project whether that's a single storey extension, two storey extension, loft conversion or internal alterations. After this visit we will provide you a quote for your plans.
Measure
When you accept our quote for your plans, we will survey and measure your property.

During this visit we will also take more detailed notes of your ideas for your extension, loft conversion or internal alterations so your first draft plans can be as accurate as possible.
Design
Once we have measured up, we will draw existing and proposed plans and send a first draft over to you via email.

You can then come to our office for a meeting to discuss amendments to the plans or discuss any changes and questions over email or phone call.
Finalise Plans
We will add technical information for your builder when you are happy with the design for your extension, loft conversion or internal alterations.

The final plans will also be submitted to planning if planning permission is needed and building control when you are ready to start building.
