This customer wanted to add an extra bedroom to their home.

We designed a loft conversion with them that included a rear dormer, as well as separate drawings for an extension, as they weren’t sure on the best option to create more space.

Our customer decided to go for a loft conversion, adding extra height to the space with a hip to gable conversion along with the rear dormer. We also added two Velux windows in the roof to the front of the house to make the new bedroom and en suite feel light and open.
