Mackinnon Avenue - Single Storey Rear Extension

Brief: to design a single storey rear extension that would not need full planning permission and could be built with prior approval.
We worked with this customer to design an extension at the maximum projection for prior approval applications.
We were able to gain permission for a single storey rear extension that allowed for a family room and living space at ground floor level, making use of garden space that would otherwise be unused.
