Our customer had two existing single storey extensions on their property but wanted to create a new design that would join the two. They also wanted a first floor extension to give them more bedroom space.

We worked with the client to create a design to join the two extensions on the ground floor to allow for a larger kitchen a separate utility room.

On the first floor the new extension gave them room to extend one bedroom and add an en suite on to the master bedroom.
