We regularly work with a local cabin manufacturer to provide them with plans should their designs need planning permission.

Lincs Cabins send us their initial plans to convert in to drawings ready to be submitted for planning.

We liaised with the customer to finalise a few aspects of the design that she still wanted to change before we submitted it to planning. We also managed the planning process for the client working with Anglesey planning department.

We were able to get planning permission granted for the annex for Nina to be able to use it for her cake decorating business.

This annex was also featured in Mr Baker's Cakes magazine.
