We worked with this customer on a large single storey extension to replace their existing conservatory.

Due to its size, this project required planning permission. We managed the application for the customer, with permission granted without the need for amending the design.

The bay window on the rear elevation was removed at ground floor level, but retained in the first floor bedroom. We were able to provide structural calculations for this as well as for the steelwork to open up the rear elevation. 

​

To allow as much natural light in as possible we included Velux and large sliding doors in the design.
