Brief: This customer came to us with plans already drawn that required structural information for the builder to work from and to submit to building control.

We were able to use plans they already had for their extensions to send to our structural engineer. The structural calculations we provided included sheets from the engineer for the builder and building control, as well as transferring this on to the plans so beam size and position were clear. We also included information for roof structure in both the single storey rear extension to allow for lantern lights and for the two storey side extension.
