Our customer bought this property to renovate and sell on.

To turn it in to a spacious, family home we designed a single storey rear extension to allow for an open plan kitchen and dining room.

The customer also used the space at the side of the house for a two storey side extension.

​

We also acquired planning permission for a loft conversion with a rear dormer along with the two storey side extension, however the customer decided not to carry out this work.
