Our customer at Rockingham Gardens, Rotherham, approached us to provide our architectural services and structural calculations to remove an internal wall and install new bifold doors to replace the existing French doors on the rear elevation of the property.

The new bifold doors were wider than the opening for the existing French doors. These made a more modern addition to the rear elevation long with a new feature window to replace the kitchen window.

Internally, we allowed for the removal of the wall between the kitchen and dining room and provided the structural calculations for this as well as calculations for the steelwork above the bifold doors.
