Our client wanted to create a larger living and kitchen space to the rear of their home.

We suggested a single storey rear extension that stretched the full width of the property,  including the existing two storey side extension.

​

To allow for as much natural light as possible in the extension, we went for bi-fold doors and Velux. This project also required a portal frame as the customer wanted to completely open the back of the house to the new extension.
